Q: How long does it take for me to get my order after it's been submitted?
A: Production times for us usually take about a week to a week and a half tops. If you need your product before then a $75 rush fee will be added to the order. The reason for this is because we have other clients in question to get their products.
Q: What if I'm not satisfied with my product?
A: We take our craft seriously over here at Imprint Printing Co. Most of the time products come out 100% to our clients liking, but we are humans. If we ever make a mistake we have a money back guarantee.
Q: What is the best way to send my artwork?
A: The best way to send artwork is either a PNG, AI, or a PSD file. Please make sure that it is ready to be printed. That means 150 dpi or higher. If any work has to be done to the art work a $25 fee will be added. We just want to make sure you get the highest quality print you can!

Q: What services do you offer?
A: Well our main hustle is screen printing, but we offer embroidery, sublimation printing, and heat pressed vinyl. We offer puff ink, glow in the dark ink, CMYK printing, and Spot Color printing.

Q: How do you accept payments?
A: We send an invoice to your email and from their you can pay with E-check, credit card, or cash. We accept Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal. Half of the initial payment will be due upfront for an initial deposit the other half will be paid when the shirts are finished and you are satisfied.
Q: Do you ship?
A: We ship all the way across the states. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. They will be sent a picture of the receipt with shipping cost and a tracking number. We usually ship via Fedex.
